How to find the optimal nicotine strength

As a (now ex-) smoker, the nicotine strength of your e liquid should depend ont he amount of cigarettes you have usually been smoking during the days.

If you smoked 1-5 cigarettes per day, choose a nicotine strength from 6mg to 12mg.

If you used to smoke even 5 to 10 cigarettes, take 12mg to 18mg.

How to set the right PG/VG ratio

As you are new to vaping, we recommend you to start with a higher PG percentage in your e liquid. 50% should be an optimal ratio. Vape juices with higher propylene glycol content are thinner and will create less amounts of vapour when smoking. This is ideal for mouth to lung vaping.
