9.1 Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You may only purchase from this site if you are 18 years or older, you may NOT purchase on behalf of others who are below 18 years of age. We will cancel any transactions that we believe to break this rule.

10.1 Returns & Replacements
60 days free replacement:
We will repair or replace an electronic cigarette or battery within 60 days of purchase if it is afflicted with a manufacturing defect. If the problem calls for a replacement, we will replace the electronic cigarette, or battery with the same model as the one sent in.
10 days free replacement:
We will replace an atomizer within 10 days of purchase if it is afflicted with a manufacturing defect.
11.1 Lithium Battery safety
Lithium batteries can provide extremely high currents. Although this is useful in applications where high currents are required, a too-rapid discharge of a lithium battery can result in overheating of the battery, rupture, and even explosion. Therefore never leave batteries unattended when charging. Never over-tighten atomisers onto your device, screw only until contact is made – then stop. Don’t heat, incinerate or reverse polarity. Do not over-charge or over-discharge. Above this, always use the correct charger. Always use the exact batteries recommended, do not attempt to economise by buying alternative batteries. The increased risk of an explosive event is not worth it.
Next to this, don’t use unprotected li-ion/ICR batteries. Don’t charge batteries on wooden or carpeted or other combustible surfaces. Remove batteries from the charger immediately the light turns green. Furthermore, never leave charging overnight or in unoccupied premises. Set freshly charged batteries aside for a couple of hours before using. In addition, store batteries safely in specially designed battery containers. Never lose in your pocket or bag where they could come into contact with other items and cause a dangerous explosive event. Discontinue using a battery if it fails to retain a charge or looks damaged in any way. We are not responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling. Please dispose of batteries safely and according to regulations.
- No Waiver
In the event that any party to these Terms and Conditions fails to exercise any right or remedy contained herein, this shall not be construed as a waiver of that right or remedy.
- Previous Terms and Conditions
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any prior versions thereof, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail unless it is expressly stated otherwise.
- Notices
All notices / communications shall be given to us either by post to our Premises (see address above) or by email to shop@vapestorm.co.uk. Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
- Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Vapestorm LTD/ www.vapestorm.co.uk shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Law of England and Wales and Vapestorm LTD/ www.vapestorm.co.uk and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
